Mere Hisse Ki Hansi is a joint initiative of Save The Children, India and OneWorld Foundation India to sensitise the community and promote behavioural change related to key child rights issues.
The programme is broadcast in a magazine format on AIR FM Rainbow every Saturday at 4:45 pm. The programme is of 15 minutes duration focussing on issues such as gender discrimination, violence against girl child, street children, maternal and child health, etc. A typical episode of Mere Hisse Ki Hansi includes radio drama backed up by folk-entertainment and an expert’s interview to reinforce the message.
