OneWorld Foundation India has aided the National Institute of Smart Governance (NISG) in carrying out a review of the 31 Mission Mode projects under the National e-Governance Plan. Based on this work, an in-depth assessment of the performance of each Mission Mode Project (MMP) was carried out, identifying critical operational, legal, financial and institutional bottlenecks.
